a) Of course, we are a professional OEM manufacturer, we can customize the color, material and logo printing according to your company's product design requirements. And the packaging can be customized according to your needs.
b) If the product you need has not appeared in the market, you can consult us in advance, and we will provide you with a plan to develop a new mold. It usually takes 1-2 months to develop a new mold. After receiving the full mold fee paid by you, we will do our best to develop the mold.

Q3. How do I get an accurate quote?
A:
Providing the paper/Cold cups styles and sizes you need, Whether customization is required(Cup’s color, logo & pattern printing) & Quantity.
Q4. How do I get samples and are the samples free?
A:
a) If the samples you need are not printed and are in stock at the factory, we will immediately arrange international Courier to send them to your designated address with tracking number.
b) If you need to customize printing with your own logo and color samples, you will need to pay additional printing fee.
c) All samples are free (except international express fees & custom printing).
Q5. What is the MOQ of the product?
A:
Generally, the MOQ of coffee paper cups is 5,000, 10,000 or 30,000, depending on the style, size and raw materials.
Q6. What is the price for international freight?
A:
Your esteemed company need to provide us with the destination address and order quantity, and we will calculate and select the most cost-effective mode of transportation and the corresponding quotation according to your needs (including sea, air and land carriage).
Q7. How long is the lead time?
A:
a) According to the quantity of the products you order (eg., 10,000-50,000), the production cycle is about 15-25 days. If the order is more than 50,000, we will communicate with you about the production cycle and efficiently complete the shipment of the products while ensuring the quality of the products.
b) Production activities require order scheduling after payment of deposit. We will inform you of the accurate delivery date and update you regularly about the production status of the product.
Q8. Choice of payment method?
A:
T/T, L/C at sight. We preferentially accept T/T, and pay 50% deposit before mass production. The balance should be paid according to the attachment of the bill of lading.
