1.How to do business with BOBO BIRD and what is your best price?

Please feel free to send inquiry and contact me. If you want to know price, please do inquiry with specific watch models and order quantity, we will quote you accordingly.

2.Why do you charge for samples?
Dear customer, every piece of watch has its material and labor cost, so we charge for it. If you are satisfied with the sample and plan to order in bulk in the future, we’ll refund you the sample fee.

3.What shipping method do you offer?
Our first option is DHL.You can receive the goods within 3-5 working days. It's the safest and fastest shipping method, but the freight is paid by buyers.

If you wanna free shipping, there are other two options.
4PX Singapore Post: 15-30 days to every country.
E-Packet: 15-35 days, only apply to the United States, Canada, Australia and Russia.

4.What is your lead time?
For our stock goods, we will ship goods within 2 working days after payment. For your customized goods, it can usually be finished in 3-14 days.

5.What is your MOQ? Can I place an order that less than your MOQ?
For a wholesaler order, MOQ is 50pcs. If you order less than 50pcs, we offer you the retail price. It'll be a little bit higher than the wholesale price.
