This small wheat flour milling line includes a flour machine, a wheat washing machine, and a grain cleaning machine

Working Method:

The general working flow chart is :Clean wheat feed -seperating-scouring -seprating-grinding -layout  .
Compared to the wheat milling plant with dozens of seprated miilers and clean machines ,this machine is much simpler both on the use and treating process ,But users still can get the good qualtiy flour and the bran in end  at a small scale ,lower power consumption and easy operation.

1. If customers need to clean the wheat , the cleaning machine could be provided together with the machine ,including the dry cleaning type and water cleaning type.
2. And the main spare parts of the machine are rollers , need to check the roller after a period .As it would affect the flour quality in the end .Also replacing the rollers are easy and simple.
3. And the 5-500 tons/day wheat  milling machine could be supplied , for the home &individual use.
