Product Application

This equipment is pneumatic, uses the compressed air as power, no electricity, safe, reliable, and widely used for filling butane gas cartridge alp cooker, cassette gas and mini cooker filling .

This machine is dedicated to various kinds of cassette can, refrigerant can and altitude gas can. It can be used for catering, hotel and outdoor travel, etc. This machine applies to 1-inch aerosol valve and cassette gas thread valve. Closing and aeration may be finished separately or jointly. A double aeration system is optional to improve efficiency. And a water-bath leak detector is optional to ensure safety. For CJXH-1600D, there is no liquid filling device in this equipment. It can close and aerate cassette gas valve,.

The whole machine consists of two units, one is sealing machine, the other is gas filling machine. We design it in one working table or two working table. The machine is safe and reliable, maintained conveniently. It has small-occupied area and simple operation, belongs to economical aerosol production equipment.
