Q: Are you manufacturer?
Yes, we are manufacturers. We can provide OEM/ODM service according to our customers' various application and demands. All of our products are fully patented, ID/MD design, hardware and software, mold, assembly are done by our own team.
Q: Can the products pre-install apk(s) I want?
Yes, we offer free per-install apk(s) service for all of our OEM/ODM customers. Parent Control apk and educational apk are already installed in the RTS products.
Q: What is the minimum order(MOQ)?
We accept one unit for standard products. We can even customized with your logo if necessary. If OEM required, we will see detailed requirements and confirm the MOQ to our sales department.
Q: Can we get the free sample?
Sorry, generally we would not provide the free sample. If the customer confirm the specification and price, they can order the sample first for the testing and evaluation.
Q: Can I order small quantities for trial?
Most of our products have stock in our warehouse, we welcome distributors to make trial order first.
Q: How to order and pay?
We accept T/T (bank trnasfer), Alibaba online payment, Western Union. (All with Trade Assurance)
Q: What's Your Products Warranty?
We offer 12 months warranty after delivery. We guarantee quality, and if there is any deadly fault because of the manufacturing, we can provide replacement or refund for clients.
Q: How long will it take to deliver?
For production lead time around 3-10 days depending on the requirements. Shipping time by DHL/UPS/Fed EX/TNT, delivery time would be around 5-7 days. For sea shipment, the shipment time would be around 30days.
Q: How to repair the device if any problem?
We will provide online live technical support to solve problem. If there is any hardware problems, we can send the parts or components with teaching video.
Q: Can you do customized and preload our software?
We are professional rugged device manufacturer with 10 years experience. So pre-loading the software is not a problem.
