Product Application
This press filter is used for solid and liquid separation which the solid percentage is less than 5%, it can give you the best effect. it is made of SS304 or SS316, corrosion-resistant durability, plate is with thread-like structure, according to different filter media and filter process(initial filter, semi-filter, fine filter) to replace different filter media. When working, the filter is in the state of sealing and pressure, without loss of liquid and liquid clarity is good. All of this filter sealing part is silicone rubber seals, high temperature, non-toxic, no leakage, good sealing performance.
It’s suitable for various industries, like liquid medicine, blood, wine(beer, liquor, rice wine, fruit wine and so on)juice, syrup, honey, vinegar, various oils(edible oil, industrial oil), fine chemicals, electroplating and so on various coarse and fine filtration.
Operation principle/design feature
When works, mixture goes into the filter chamber with the help of pump, due to the pressure, the filtrate through the filter layer and filter media, discharged out from the liquid discharge outlet, the solids were kept in the chamber formed by plate and frame. to achieve solid-liquid separation.

Main Features
01.The machine is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel materials,corrosion-resistant durability.
02.Plate is with thread-like structure,according to different filter media and the production process(initial filter,semi-filter,fine filter)to replace a different filter material(direct use sterile filtration membrane to achieve the purpose).
03.Users can increase or reduce the quantity of layers as per filter flow capacity.When working ,the filter is in the state of sealing and pressure,without loss of liquid material,liquid clarity is good ,and also based on user needs,we can
supply a special multistage filter,first stage put a coarse filter ,and second stage put fine filter material,saving time and improve the filtering accuracy.
04.All parts of the machine sealed use silicone rubber seals,high temperature resistance ,
non-toxic ,no leakage ,good sealing performance .
Note:
1.If need large flow capacity filter ,it can be customized manufactured.
2.Pressure pump is to be explosion-proof motor and grundgos pumps up the difference.
