DZFOIL Vinyl Sound Barrier, also known as mass loaded vinyl (MLV), is a limp-mass material used to block unwanted noise and reduce sound transmission without reducing space.
It is specifically developed to meet market requirements for reducing noise in domestic, commercial, industrial and automotive markets.
Loaded Vinyl Barrier prevents coincidence dip resonance. The dense core mass layer reflects and absorbs the transmission of sound through walls, ceilings and floors, reducing the critical frequencies generated from mechanical equipment, engine noise and electronic audio technologies such as radio and television. Foil Faced Loaded Vinyl Barrier provides improved fire resistance. Meets ASTM E-84, Class A Rating.
