Glass Temperature Difference Test Standard
After taking out the heated glass, quickly put it into cold water at 20±5℃, soak it for 10 minutes and take it out without cracks.
Impact Resistance Test Standard
Drop 225g±2g steel ball from the height at 1.5 metre in free fall and impact on the lid which put on steel plate. After three times drops, damage or cracks should not happen and rim should not loose.
Fragmentation Status Test Standard
Draw a 5cm*5cm area, and use a sharp hammer to smash it on the opposite side of the area. The tapping position is a non-porous area 20-30mm away from the edge of the glass cover.
Granularity Test standard
After breaking the glass lid and checking, calculate the number of glass fragments with an area of 50mm*50mm ≥ 80pcs, a single fragment ≤ 5g, and the longest fragment ≤ 45mm.
