Main Application
WLDH series ribbon mixer is widely used for the mixing of dry powder material or viscous material, or the mixing of powder which needs to add liquid, or paste material in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, pesticide, plastic, dyestuff industries, etc.
Working Principle
The machine consists of U-shape container, main shaft, agitating screw blades and transmission parts. The agitating screw blades have double layers ,the outside screw gathers the material from sides to center and the inside screw transports the material from center to sides to form convection mixing. It has a good effect to the mixing of dry or viscous powder material. The U-shape container cover can be fully open so as to clean the machine and change the raw material.
Technical advantages
1. Made of SUS304 or SUS316 and precisely polished to meet GMP pharmaceutic sanitary standards .
2. Heating jacket: heating jacket can be equipped as an option in the mixing cylinder for heating or drying process. The heating medium can be steam, hot water or heat conduction oil . Design pressure is 0.3 Mpa.
3. Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzle can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
4 . N o dust leakage and flying during the mixing process.
5. Automatic discharging valve and easy cleaning.
