Introduction to Nonferrous metal separator
Eddy current separators, also known as copper and aluminum separators or non-ferrous metal eddy current separators, are designed to separate metallic and non-metallic substances. The eddy current separator features a high speed magnetic rotor conveyor system.The rotational speed of the magnet creates an induced field, which creates a rapidly changing magnetic field. Each conductive particle located in the alternating magnetic field is temporarily magnetized, and therefore the metal passing through the magnetic roller is itself magnetized, causing them to be ejected.The equipment can separate a wide range of non-ferrous metals and their alloys, including aluminum, copper and brass.
