(4)Mold system: high-pressure mold clamping technology is adopted, no mold expansion phenomenon, and the mold clamping line is thin. The mold adopts a drawer structure, and is positioned with four fixed tie rods on the mold back panel, which can be easily replaced within half an hour.
(5)Stretch-blow system: The cycle time of the first blow and the second blow can be adjusted. According to the customer's different tube blanks and different bottle types, each pull rod can be adjusted individually, with high flexibility.
(6)Electronic control system: Pneumatic and electrical components are of international well-known brands. The touch screen control system is easy to operate, has perfect monitoring and induction settings, has fault diagnosis functions, and automatically calculates report functions to master the production efficiency of each shift.
(7)Cooling/chilled water circulation system: There is a cooling water channel under the heating box. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube and protect the teeth from deformation. Chilled water leads to the mold, which cools the mold quickly and improves the production efficiency of the whole machine.
