Production Process

1. Cutting Workshop

We cut all kinds of material here. We use different die cutters for different kinds of balls with different sizes. The machine is controlled by computer, so the error can be controlled whithin 0.5mm. It'll guarantee the exact size and roundness of the balls. Waste material can be recycled, so it can eliminate the waste pollution.

2. Printing Workshop

There are 20 workers in this workshop, we print different kinds of designs for customers. Silk screen printing with panton colors. We use the inks eco-friendly, it'll guarantee that all balls meet the European Standard.

3. Machine Sewing Workshop

We have 120 workers in this workshop, the biggest workshop in our factory. There are lockstitch machine workers; high lockstitch machine workers.

4. Bladder Workshop

The bladder is put into the ball in this workshop.It is very important to stick the bladder firmly on each ball.

5. Hand Sewing Workshop

There are more than 50 workers working in this workshop, whose main job is to stitch the remaining by hand.

6. Molding Workshop

In this workshop, the ball is put into the mold, with heating and pressing, keeping the roundness of the balls. This process is based on the high quality balls.

7. Deflating Workshop

All the balls are deflated in the mould in this workshop.

8. Packing Workshop

All the balls are well packed in this workshop.
