Description of Fumed Silica
Our Fumed Silica Powder has the characteristics of small particle size, many micropores, large specific surface area, high surface hydroxyl content, strong ultraviolet, visible light and infrared reflection ability. Especially with the improvement of product surface treatment process, the degree of soft agglomeration of nanoparticles is significantly reduced, and the compatibility with organic polymer materials is good, which greatly broadens the application field of the product.
Fumed Silica Powder is white, solid colloidal particles, and has the functions of thixotropy, reinforcement, thickening, filling, etc. It is insoluble in all solvents and liquids except hydrofluoric acid and concentrated alkali.

Application of Fumed Silica
The Fused Silica is mainly used in silicone rubber, construction sealants, coatings, electronic power, aerospace, pharmaceutical and medical materials, resin processing, ink printing, pesticides and other industries.
1. Silicone acid glue, room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, silicone neutral glue.
2. Sealing ring, gasket, oil pipeline, insulator, ink.
3. Used as resin thickener, thickener for synthetic lubricating grease, and resin thixotropic agent for electronic components.
4. Reinforcing agent for silicone rubber.
5. In the glue solution, add 1.6%-2.0% fumed nano-silica to improve the bonding strength and initial viscosity of the adhesive.
