This
Milk Cheese Yogurt Processing Line
is used for the production of pasteurized milk, yogurt, dairy drinks. According to customer' request we can design the capacity of the production line from 100L/H to 1000L/H.
The complete automatic yoghurt production line(Gems Machinery)including the following machines:
1. Milk collection system:
This part including the milk cooling tank which is used for keeping fresh cow milk at low temperature. Also, if your raw material is milk powder, need a high shear mixing tank to change powder into reconstituted milk first.
2. First step system:
This part including the filter, preheating tank and homogenizer
3.Pasteurization system:
This part including UHT Pasteurizer or Batch pasteurizer
4.Fermentation system:
This part including fermentation tank and control the fermentation temperature at 43 degrees.
5.Filling system:
If your package is cup, this part including cup filling machine.
If your package is bottle, this part including bottle filling capping machine, auto labeling machine, inkjet printer
