The sealing caps of 5 gallons drinkable water barrels are seal assemble used to seal up 5 gallons drinkable water barrels. The caps are made from LDPE+HDPE food grade raw materials and produced with injection molding process. Heated tags are attached on the sealing parts. And leakage-proof rubber gaskets and inner plugs are mounted automatically. The above technological process shall be carried out in closed and dust-free workshops. All raw materials, master batch and auxiliary materials shall comply with the requirements of EU directive regarding the materials which have direct contact with food.
Recommended Storage Conditions
Circulated and used by following the principle of FIFO(first in, first out) during production. It is not expected to store the caps in environment containing water or odor of chemicals. The boxes shall not be piled up to avoid damages to packages and products.
The products shall not by used any more beyond 18 months since the date of production.
Instructions to Customers
Customers are required to carry out complete tests on compatibility of products to ensure their normal use.
Customers are required to carry out complete tests of contamination, color and odor of the products to ensure safety during use.
Customers are required to notify the supplier of ambient temperature and change of usage of products in local use to enable the supplier to adjust applicability of products.
Customers may request the supplier to provide inspection reports issued by SGS when necessary.
Customers have to provide design of tags and product color(supplier will assists in designing and making the tags. Optional color of raw materials: natural color, dark blue, red, green, yellow)
