FAQ
1) When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. Please offer more details about your purchase plan then we could give better service.
2)How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. We will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
3)How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay shipping cost, the samples will be ready for delivery within 7 days and we will send you tracking number and express company.
4) How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
After you place a order and pay the deposit, the production handling time is within 30 days.
5) What about the transportation and shipping period?
By sea or train. It is about 25-45 days, depends on which country and port you request.
6) Where is your company?
Our company is a factory with export right and located in Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It takes one hour's drive from Yiwu City and two hours' drive from Hangzhou City, with convenient transportation access.
7) How to control quality?
We have our own QC to control quality. We can send production sample before delivery if you require. Besides, welcome your QC come and inspect. All our tea before shipping are tested and passed by CIQ (
CHINA ENTRY-EXIT INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE BUREAU). For EU standard tea, our tea sample is send to Eurofins and passed the test.
8) What about the MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?
One container. different specification or tea in one container is acceptable.
