HHBB remote control 1 ton electric chain hoist
is the lightest hoist of HHBB series. We have different optional configurations for you to choose: fixed, movable, low clearance, single-speed, double-speed etc.
The standard voltage is 380V 50Hz 3-Phase, but voltages from 220V~440V are all available, the 60Hz version is also provided and we have 1-Phase motors for customers.
HHBB remote control 1 ton electric chain hoist is provided with an independent gearbox system with all gears oil immersed in a compact gearbox case, thus greatly reducing noise and prolonging service life of gears. The electric motor and circuit system feature great sealing and reliable insulation, and enjoy overload protection and motor thermal protection.
HHBB remote control 1 ton electric chain hoist can be mounted on joist steel, curve rail and arm crane as well as on manual monorail trolley and electric monorail trolley for lifting heavy objects. In addition, the chain hoisting equipment can be fitted with wireless remote control device, enabling it to be used in the environment that is harmful to the operator.
The low clearance electric chain hoist type is a characteristic product of ours. It is typical structure in shortening between the distance of the cargo and the beam tracks, applicable to operations.
Inside fairy low buildings, especially suitable for using in temporarily erected plant buildings or on the sites where expansion of effective hoisting spaces in the buildings is required.

Both electric trolley and manual trolley are convenient tools helping the hoist move along the beam track.
The electric trolley has two settings of speed. The fast mode is 21m/min and the slow mode is 11m/min adjustable to meet different requirements.
We use double-geared drive,helical gear drive when it works under fast speed,so that the hoists can drive smoothly with low noise.
The magnetic force generator is the latest design which allows instant brake as soon as the power is cut off.
The cooling fin is specially designed to ensure quick heat dissipation.
The shell is made of light aluminum alloy, light but hard.
The fully sealed shell keep the motor away from dust and water.
Made of steel or aluminum, can be designed as customers' requirements.
Fixed by rivets, never fall off.
This chain shall adopt the imported FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain. It can be safely used in poor environment such as rain,sea water and chemicals.
