Our New design 35W/50W/80W led corn bulbs are suitable for size limited cobra head/ led flood light fixtures repalce traditional 70w-250w HID . No matter size, lumen and light distribution curve. It's best choice.

Q1. All other suppliers use Aluminum for heating, why you chooe Fans? Quality is good?
A: Yes, mostly supplier without fans but their size is too big to fix some HID fixtures, such as cobra head and led flood light fixture to replace 150w/175w/250w HID. This new design corn bulbs since 2016.4, use SUNON fans from Taiwan, lifespan=60,000 hours. We had mass production over 10,000pcs tested for market alreay 6 months. All datas is good and realiable.

Q2. How should I choose the corn lamp ? (watt color base…)
A: usually led corn lamps used to replace metal halide, high pressure sodium with 3-4 times, for example: our 35w replace 100w; 50w replace 150w/175w; 80w replace 200w/250w; In Europe market, 3000k and 4000k popular, E27 &E40 base.

Q3. Can I have a sample for test, do you have MOQ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. MOQ=1pcs. We accept T/T, paypal for sample order.

Q4. What about the lead time?
A: <50pcs Sample needs 1-3 working days, but if 1800k-2200k sample need 5-7 working days. Mass production <2000pcs 5-10 working days.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q6. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly we arrange the production.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. Normally our label is easy print your LOGO on package box.

Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 5 years warranty to our products.

Q9: How to deal with the warranty if faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
