Product Overview

The KDJS-6 insulated shoe and glove test bench uses multi-channel high-voltage leakage measurement technology to achieve the purpose of safely measuring high-voltage leakage current. Through the application of this technology, the tester is isolated from the high-voltage system, which can not only accurately measure multiple high-voltage leakage currents, but also ensure the personal safety of the testing personnel. In order to improve work efficiency, six samples can be tested simultaneously. To avoid repeated tests, high-voltage breaking technology is adopted. During the test, the broken samples can be separated from the high-voltage test system, and the non broken samples can continue to be tested until the test is completed. Adopting microelectronic processing technology, the entire usage process can be set in advance, with a Chinese interface and simple and clear operation. All test items are automatically tested after being set, without the need for manual intervention. Connect a 0-220V power supply and, based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, generate 0-100kV power frequency high voltage in the transformer to each electrode, so that the insulation shoes (gloves, insulation rods) can obtain the specified test voltage. According to the testing regulations for insulation shoes (gloves, insulation rods), read and record the test parameters.
