Product Description
DY-C Magnetic finishing machine
The machine makes stainless steel needle to start high-speed rotating, and drive workpieces rotating forward and reverse by the magnetic force. The needle constantly contact the inner hole, inner and outer teeth, male and female surface and cracks of workpieces, and start friction with workpiece surface to realize precious grinding ettect on deburring, polishing, chamfering, cleaning etc. It realize mass constant magnetic grinding process by making high efficiency grinding between stainless steel magnetic needle and workpieces through matched automatic transmission line.
Features:
The machine equips with 24 grinding barrels, each grinding barrel is divided as independent 8 grids to place 8 workpieces. Each grinding time is 3~8 minutes, the machine can process 800~ 1600 workpieces per hour.
We can customize the quantity of grinding barrels and divided grids as customer required.
