Q1.Are you a factory or trading co.,?
We have our factories located in yiwu city China, which have more than 100 workers totally .
Q2.What's the Payment method?
We support various payment way(T/T,Western union,Paypal, Moneygram,Secure payment-Escrow,etc) T/T, 30% deposit before production,
the balance before delivery. We Suggest you transfer the full price at one time. Because there is bank process handle fee, it
would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.
Q3.How about MOQ?
If stocked items, MOQ is 3pcs. If you need custom ,the MOQ is 200pcs per color
Q4.Can we print our own brand or logo on your products ?
Yes, Of course.Will be our pleasure to be one your good OEM manufacturer in China to meet your OEM requirements.
Q5.About Sample
If stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to
customers'design and requirements. Sample charge will be refunded if the mass order reaches our MOQ
Q6.How do you guarantee the product quality?
Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing,
there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.
Q7. What type of packaging comes with this product? does your price include custom the packaging
Usually we do opp bag but PE bag are both ok,and custom your own bag is no problem

1.you can choose to send your goods by express,sea,air,train and so on2.Express including UPS/TNT/FEDEX/DHL/SF/DDP/TOLL and so on
3.Shipping time:
ship by express:around 3-5days for fast delivery, around 5-8days for Economical delivery
ship by air: around 12-15days
ship by sea: to USA around 20-35days (there are different aging options)；to European around 30-45days
ship by train:only for Europen countries,need around 30-45days
