The new X3D-200 dust collector is specially developed for metal 3D printing. Metal 3D printing manufactures workpieces by laser sintering powder molding, the finer the powder, the better the performance and appearance of the workpiece printed. The diameter of metal 3D printing metal powder consumables is only a few microns to tens of microns, which is flammable and explosive when cleaning.
This equipment is a pulse backflushing industrial dust collector developed in combination with environmental protection emission requirements, the filter cartridge is humidified and has the characteristics of large air volume, good cleaning effect, stability and reliability, and small footprint. Dust collectors are used for dust and particle collection,whether for air pollution control or as part of production process equipment, with high filtration efficiency and the ability to work continuously.
Features:
1. The system integrates cyclone filtration and high-efficiency filtration secondary purification to ensure the
quality of the printing environment; 2. The ports on the outside of the chassis are all KF40 quick-install chuck ports, which are the purification air inlet, the air outlet, the (back blowing) exhaust gas outlet, and the printer exhaust gas inlet;
3.The main pipeline in the equipment is 38 all-metal pipeline, and the exhaust pipeline is PU Φ1 6;
4. The electrical adapter board includes 1 power plug interface, 1 quick-plug electrostatic cable interface and 1 working air inlet;
5. The medium efficiency is equipped with atomization system, differential pressure detection function,oxygen analyzer (excluding control board) pressure sensor, safety valve, anemometer, etc.;
6. The size of the filter cartridge is Φ200*380, the filter area is 1 .8 square meters, and the life of the filter element during use is about 1 000 to 1 500 hours;
