Ink performance:
1. The ink dots printed on the silicon wafer are clear, uniform in size, of moderate thickness, and do not diffuse. Short machine pauses do not affect the size of the dots thickness, no ink blocking or accumulation.
2. Ink has high color concentration, good covering power, and high temperature resistance. Can be naturally dried or baked at<100 ℃,
with good adhesion and certain alcohol resistance
.
3. Ink has low odor and extremely low volatility, meeting environmental requirements such as VOC and ROHS, and can also choose colors that comply with halogens.
4. Ink single component, without the need for diluents and curing agents, can also be customized with different viscosities of raw ink according to customer requirements.
5. The boiling point of ink is above 240 ℃ and the flash point is above 100 ℃. It evaporates slowly and does not belong to flammable and explosive products. Storage and Transportation is very safe.
