Introduction of hopper bottom silo structure:

1>.Silo: the silo wall sheets are corrugated that is made of high quality galvanizing board; the sheets are bolted together by common or high strengthen bolts. The thickness of silo wall is designed according to the strength theory, which makes the whole wall can afford even swelling tension. At the same time, the external vertical stiffeners can afford the vertical friction. It is 1.44m between every two stiffeners, and there are spherical waterproof washers in the bolts' hole and waterproof mastic bars between every two pieces of silo sheet. The handle equipments can make it more convenient to maintenance and unloading, such as silo doors, interior and exterior ladder and protecting net.

2>. Radial beam silo roof support system: the roof is made of galvanizing board that is 0.8mm thick, both battens and bolts are with galvanizing die. There are special equipments on the silo roof such as 4 sets of natural vents, one set of manhole, roof ladders, and secure cages and so on.

3>. The hopper is made up of heeling, ring beam, conical plate, lacing wire and so on. Heeling is made from H shaped steel according to the international standard, which has been one of the most popular materials used in the steel structure design or manufacture in recent years. It is steady enough to improve the steel structure’s safety and reliability. The ring beam is made from channel steel by compressing, which is used to support silo, connect heeling and conical plate. Conical plate is full assembly, the feature of which is erected well, beautiful, useful, safe and reliable.

4>.The main parts of the silo bin and roof are made of galvanizing board or spares which can make silo become even more steady and durable with longer life time, which is good to realize automatic work.

Manufacture: Zibo Boda Steel Silo Co., Ltd. fabrication lines incorporate latest technologies, and equipment is constantly being updated. Approximately 85% of the production equipment is CNC machining. High capacity automated production lines incorporating latest technologies lays the foundation for constantly increasing finished product quality and controlling manufacturing costs by achieving economies of scale.

Packing and Shipping: In bulk in shipping containers.

Installation: 1) Offer assembly drawing to users. 2) To guide the installation. We can send one supervisor to guide the installation. The buyer is responsible for the expense including visas, round-trip air fare, phone, room and board, transports, insurance, translator, working license and other expenses which may be happened on the installation site.

Warranty: The seller provide a warranty period of 12 calendar months commencing from the date on which the goods were arrived at buyer’s port. In the event of any defect, fault or failure in any of the goods caused by failure of materials or workmanship during the warranties, such defect or fault shall be rectified by the seller at his own cost. There shall be no warranty in the event that the equipments are not erected and/or not commissioned within 12 calendar months after all the goods arriving at the buyers port.
