The drive gear (outer rotor) with inner teeth drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction within the fully enclosed pump body. The pump body and the crescent plate of the front cover separate the suction and discharge ports. When rotating, a negative pressure is formed at the suction port, and the liquid is sucked in. The rotor carries the liquid to the discharge outlet, which is pressurized and discharged from the pump body, completing the transportation of the liquid.
The pump mainly consists of internal and external rotors, shafts, pump bodies, front covers, and towing brackets,Seals, bearings, etc. There are two forms of sealing: mechanical seal and packing seal. For high temperature, high viscosity, and corrosive media, packing seal is selected. When transporting easily crystallized materials, insulation jackets can be designed on the front cover and pump body, allowing for steam insulation and melting during operation. The pump can be equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or pipeline system is overpressure, the safety valve opens to form internal reflux, ensuring system safety. The pump device consists of a pump, motor, and base. There are two types of transmission methods: bridge type and direct connection type. When viewed from the extended end of the spindle towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
