Popular Low Cost Cotton Bud Making Machine / Swab Machine
The cotton swab machine also called cotton bud making machine , cotton swabs making machine , Q-tip making machine , which is our newly-designed machine based with the national health standard.
The working speed of the cotton swab machine is adjustable, if you only use the main machine, the speed can reach 1000pcs/min , but if it work with the drying and packing devices, the ideal speed should be 500-800pcs/min in order to let the swabs dried enough.
The raw material can be wood stick and bamboo stick and paper stick and plastic stick, the common length of the cotton swab is 70mm, the machine will be produced according to this length if there is no special requirements from client, of course, the length can be customized, the common shape of the end of cotton swab/cotton bud is oval, and of course it can be customized to make other shapes.
