Fireproof Insulation Thermal Resistance Ceramic Fiber Wool Felt for Kiln Liners
1. Ceramic fiber felt description:
Ceramic fiber felt blowing flames using fiber-forming process to produce ceramic fiber cotton as raw material, made by vacuum molding process, is a lightweight, flexible fire-resistant fiber insulation material. The product is in addition to corresponding bulk ceramic fiber cotton of excellent performance, but also has good strength and elasticity, is a versatile product. Ceramic fiber felt is suitable for furnace and boiler wall expansion joints and high temperature gaskets. When used as a gasket, ceramic fiber felt good resistance to penetration of the molten metal applied to the ingot bottom seal, stopper rod shank, and an aluminum billet casting gasket.
