1. What ’ s the material of WPC products?
It is about 60% wood fiber/powder/flour, 30% recycled HDPE and 10% additives.
2. Is WPC eco-friendly?
Yes, WPC is made of natural wood fiber, HDPE and additives, there are no chemicals that are harmful to people or environment .
3. How do we clean and maintain WPC products?
It is low maintenance, only need simple sweeping or cleaning to clean off debris or dirt.
4. Will color fade because of exposure to the sun?
WPC doesn ’ t require painting or staining to keep its color. There will be slight fading in about 3 months. After that the color will be stable.
5. What is application of WPC products?
It can be used in Garden, Lawn, Balcony, Corridor, Garage, Swimming Pool and so on .
6. Comparing with wood, what are the advantages of WPC products?
There are many advantages, like waterproof, fireproof, rotproof, slip resistant, UV resistant, moisture resistant, insect and termite resistant.

Traditional wpc products is 4 years for commercial and 7 years for resident ial.
Co-extrusion wpc products is 5 years for commercial and 15 years for residential.
9. What is the distance between joists?
Hollow decking or commercial use decking: 300mm joist distance
Solid decking or residential use decking: 350mm joist distance
Wall cladding: 500mm joist distance
10. What is t he slope of decking boards ?
The slope is 1%-2%.
11. What is the distance between expansion bolt s when installing joists?
It is 400mm-500mm.
12. What is the gap between decking boards when using plastic clips and stainless steel clips to fix decking boards?
The gap between boards is 1mm-2mm for stainless steel clips and 5mm-8mm for plastic clips.
13. What is the gap between decking ends?
It is about 8-10mm in winter and about 4-5mm in summer.
14. What is the linear thermal expansion rate of wpc product?
It is 0.15%(temperature:-20 ℃ ~80 ℃ ).
