PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Suction of water and air at the same time, pressurized mixing in the pump, micro-fine bubbles up to 0.1-20 microns.
2. High efficiency of gas-liquid dissolution, stable performance, easy to operate and maintain.
3. Air floatation device can replace pressurized pump, air compressor, venturi injector, high pressure dissolved air tank, air-water mixer and release head, etc. It can overcome the problems of unstable operation and large bubble tumbling of traditional devices.
4. Ozone water production device can replace booster pumps, jet streamers, large oxidation towers, etc. The efficiency of gas-liquid dissolution is more than 80%, which is 2-4 times higher than the efficiency of venturi mixer, significantly reducing equipment investment and operating costs.

WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Our pump is designed for clear and low viscosity liquid, or iquid containing extra-fine foreign matters.

2. Liquid temperature: -15℃~105℃

3. Maximum ambient temperature: +40℃

4. Gas-liquid ratio 1:9 (gas suction volume 8~10%)

5. The horizontal direction is the suction port, and the vertical direction is the discharge port.

APPLICATION

1. Air suspension treating equipment, ozone water preparing equipment, and biological treating equipment.

2. Feeding of heating or cooling medium for various temperature adjusting devices.

3. Various filters: sucking or high pressure transferring low viscosity liquid from underground tank, such as gasoline and various solvent.

4. Misting treatment of clear water, pure water, foods, chemical solution and waste solution.

5. Strict applications (continuous running, abrupt variation in hydraulic pressure): such as small scale stream boiler, high building water supply, high pressure water injection to high pressure tank, and suction from vacuum tank.

6. Sampling from river or tank, transfer foamable liquid, transfer liquid through long and horizontal pipeline, where air pockets likely occur.

HOW TO INSTALL THE BUBBLE GENERATOR?

1. Fit the machine with water hose and power cables according to the diagram, and fill the machine with water before use.

Remove the water inlet valve, raise the water inlet hose and fill it with water, wait until water comes out of the outlet valve, put back the water inlet valve and tighten it by hand.

2. Close the gas flow meter, turn on the power supply, wait for the machine to pump water normally (the sound becomes louder), then slowly open the gas flow meter and adjust it to the specified position, within about 30 seconds the pump will produce nano bubbles (the sound quietens down).
