Product Overview

Silent Check Valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, diversion, yan disc, bearing and spring so on main parts, its internal flow streamline design with low pressure loss.Valve open/close schedule is very short when the pump is going to stop, can be quickly shut down to prevent huge sound of water hammer, has the characteristics of silence shut off. This valve is mainly used for water supply and drainage, fire protection, hvac system can be installed in the pump export put to prevent backflow and water hammer the damage to the pump.

Features:

2. Two torsional springs are installed on each of dual valve plates, result in close the plates quickly and automatically.
3. The quick-close action prevents the medium from flowing back and eliminates water-hammer effectively.

Note: The stem of the Valve should be perpendicular to the horizontal level when the valve is mounted on horizontal pipeline. For vertical installation the direction of flow should be downward.
