Why we use TP2 red copper and SUS304 stainless steel ?
The TP2 red copper
has good thermal conductivity, catalyst for esterification reaction good corrosion resistance to the acidity of raw wine. It can make butyric acid, acetic acid, lauric acid and so on form insoluble copper salt and precipitate. It can removes the nasty tasting sulfides from the alcohol vapor.
Zhengjiu's distillery equipment
gives you the best of both worlds. It gives you the strength and durability of the stainless boiler and the taste improving qualities of the all copper column. All of the equipment that you need to distill alcohol is included, except some tubing that you can buy at your local hardware store.
