Product Description
EU8260 Two-component Artificial Turf Adhesive
EU8260 is a solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive. The AB component is mixed at a mass ratio of 9:1 and then cured. After the main agent and curing agent are mixed in proportion, they will gradually solidify to form a high-strength adhesive. After curing, the sealant has high strength and excellent elasticity, and can form a strong bond to the floor. It has the feature of impact resistance, water resistance, high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and can be used for bonding indoor and outdoor artificial turf materials.
Advantages
After mixing the two components, it will gel within 4 to 6 hours and can be walked on and lightly stepped on in 12 to 24 hours.
High curing strength, good resilience, good adhesion, and strong impact resistance.
It has good water resistance and can withstand long-term water immersion in the rainy season without degumming. It can be used outdoors.
Cold-resistant in winter, sun-resistant in summer, long-term temperature resistance range: -40~100℃.

Product Applications
Typical applications
EU8260 is suitable for bonding various elastic ground materials and artificial turf paving. Can be used for indoor and outdoor floor coverings.

Application Tips
1.Before paving floor materials, the ground needs to be pre-treated, including smoothing, cleaning, hardening the ground, using primer to seal the ground against moisture, etc.
2.The AB components must be mixed according to the specified proportion and checked to see if they are uniform after mixing. The color of the mixed glue should be consistent and have no color difference.
3.The open time of the mixed glue is about 30~50 minutes (at a temperature of 20~25°C). Under high temperature conditions, the working time will be greatly shortened, and under low temperature conditions, it will be extended.
4.In order to ensure the bonding performance, it is necessary to test whether the adhesion of the mixed glue to the paving material meets the requirements before construction.
5.The suitable operating temperature is 5~40℃. When the ambient temperature is low, the main agent and curing agent can be warmed separately before mixing.
6.Rainy and snowy weather is not suitable for outdoor construction. Glue cures slowly in cold weather and requires additional resting time after paving.
