1. Overall requirements
★1.1 The manufacturer has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and other system certifications, and its products have obtained EU CE certification. The products comply with EN ISO12100 and EN60204 standards (certification information is provided);
1.2 The manufacturer has independent intellectual property rights, at least 5 patents or computer software copyrights for freeze dryers (provide proof of documentation).
2. Control system
★2.1 Operation adopts color 7-inch LCD touch screen operation, no operation buttons. LCD display, and can display sample temperature, cold trap temperature, vacuum degree and other working parameters in digital and curve format at the same time;
2.2 Has historical data query function: The system has a large storage memory function and can store nearly one month of historical work data, making it convenient for users to retain and compare multiple freeze-dried data;
2.3 Industrial embedded operating system, ARM9 core control circuit design, 32M memory, 128M Flash, fast operation response and large amount of data storage;
★2.4 Configuring USB interface, no additional software is required. Current working data and historical data can be exported after directly connecting to the U disk.
3. Structural design
3.1 The cold trap and table are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean;
3.2 Multi-manifold ordinary freeze dryer, desktop design.
3.3 Transparent bell-type drying chamber, safe and intuitive;
3.4 The cold trap has a large opening and no internal coil. The cold trap can be used as a sample pre-freezing function.
