How to do scientific grade quartz vacuum sealing for the glass tube diameter?
The sample is put into the quartz tube and sealed without oxygen and water. The dynamic sealing technology is adopted to make the quartz tube rotate automatically and vacuum at the same time.The whole vacuum sealing systems include mechanical pump or molecular pump, vacuum gauge, oxyhydrogen generator OH2000 and glass blowing lathe. It can be designed for simple, safety, precision and high efficient sealing operation under required vaccum degree laboratory environment.
According to the vacuum degree requirements,you can choose mechanical pump or molecular pump set to vacuum the quartz tube.
When sealing quartz tube, it is necessary to equip with industrial oxyhydrogen generators to melt glass tube fastly.Generally speaking,we suggest you choose the oxyhydrogen generators based on the the external diameter and thickness of glass tube.
