Air & vacuum relief valve Features:
1. Air & vacuum relief valve are applied to a variety of irrigation systems. When water is injected to systems, a large amount of air is discharged from pipelines by the valve; while the water is emptied, the valve inhales a large quantity of air to prevent vacuum negative pressure.

Air & vacuum relief valve Application:
1. Irrigation system pipe network: it can eliminate air in irrigation system and avoid negative pressure formation in downstream of water pump, the position along water delivery pipeline and upslope and downhill of pipeline.
2.Irrigation head: it is used to remove air and prevent negative pressure formation in filter and fertilizer injection device.
3. High part in irrigation pipeline: it is applied to exhaust air and prevent pipeline from being damaged by air accumulation in high place of system.
Air & vacuum relief valve Specification
1. Simple structure and reliable performace.
2. Valve is of straight flow channel with large aire inlet and olet as well as large flow.
3. Long movemnet stroke of seal float ball protects the float ball from blowing by highspeed airflow and avoid too early close of air outlet. Meanwhile, it doesn't imact air suction or discharge.
4. Good sealing performance at low pressure(0.2bar) and avoidance of water leakage for dynamical low-pressure seal.
5. All parts with corrosion resistance, low maintenance frequency and long life.
6. In the process of water injection, a large volume of air is quickly discharged from air inlet and outlet; After water enters air valve chamber, flow ball closes quick air inlet and outlet with rise of liquid level. The above conforms to valve body design and anti-blowing design for float ball in gas dynamics, and can prevent the float ball from blwing by design and anti-blowing design for float ball in gas dynamics, and can prevent the float ball from blowing by high speed airflow and avoid too early close of air outlet before water entering air valve.
7. Negative pressure difference is produced when air in system is emptied, and air push float ball downward.Powered quick air inlet and ourlet are opened,and aire enter ari valve. Thus, negative pressure won't form in system.
8. It remains closed when the irrrigation system is working.
