Q2: When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q3: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
For non customized sample, we will offer free sample but charge for Express fee. If need customized sample, we will charge for sample fee and express fee. When you place bulk order, we will refund you sample fee.
Q4: Can we provide our logo or company information on your product or package or product new design?
Sure. Your logo and new product design can be displayed on the product by printing, UV coating, hot stamping, embossing, embossing, screen printing or stickers.
Q5:What kind of packaging do you have?
Regular packing: PP bag, bubble bag, white box, heat shrink, bubble shell, color box. Customized: plane box, display box.
Q6: When will my order be shipped?

Order amount within USD 2000, full payment first.
Order amount between USD 2000 to USD 5000, 50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery.
Order amount more than USD 5000, 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.

We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, depends on your needs.
Q9: How do you deliver the goods to me?
We have different shipping method, such as by air, express, train and sea. And we are close to Shanghai and Ningbo sea port.
Q10: How do you pack the goods?
We will put the products into carton box, and the outer carton will be fixed with tape or green woven bag.
Q11：How to start order with you?
For the stocks, you can place order directly. For customized orders, let us know your requirements or application. And we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Then you confirms the samples and places deposit for order. After all, we arrange the production of the agreed product.
