1、 Addendum clearance is one of the important assembly parameters of gear transmission device. According to the regulations, the clearance between large and small cones is 7.5-8.5mm. 2. The insufficient tightening force of the big gear ring is also one of the important reasons for its deformation. In the actual operation, in addition to increasing the bolt tightening force, the joint surface of the big gear ring is connected with 10 mm thick steel plate to increase the tightening surface, so as to prevent the deformation of the gear ring, ensure the consistency of the angular velocity of the driving and driven wheels, and prevent the inertia force caused by the change of transmission ratio from causing fatigue fracture.
