Video Measuring Microscope VMM-D Series
I. Usage
VMM-D series Semi-auto Video Measuring Microscope, is an integrated high-magnification, micron-industry-aimed measuring instruments developed by DG-YIHUI.
Combined with powerful microscopic inspection technology, has been widely applied in many fields as follows:
1. Used as observational microscope to inspect the surface finish of work-piece by comparative law, identify ore samples in metallurgical industry, photomechanical print test, inspection of textile fibers and so on.
2. To measure length in Cartesian coordinates. For example, measuring pitch, the base surface distance, engraved line distance, engraved line width, slot width, slit width, the outer diameter of the through-hole and so on.
3. To measure angle, for example, angle measurement for dials, templates, gauges, drilling template and those parts with complex structure.
4. With PC and powerful metrology software, not only a microscope, but also a vision measuring system, can achieve professional measurement data management.
II. Features
1. Bright field view of the investigation, positive image and clear pictures.
2. Long working distance lens, up to 2800 times magnification.
3. Precise smooth transmission, less friction so that long working life.
4. Motorized Z axis, can achieve auto focus at high accuracy.
5. X axis and Y axis designed with built- in zero switching, lock them if needed.
With powerful software YH-M™, can measure most 2D data and export measurement as AutoCAD file and other reports.

IV. Software
YH-M is a professional manual type metrology software for Video Measuring Systems developed by DG-YIHUI.
With user-friendly UI, powerful functions, it allows the users to achieve fast and precise geometry measurement.

1. Within 12 months from the date of assembly and acceptance, during this period, we will take phone and the internet to provide users with a combinative after-sale advisory service.

2. We provide life-long warranty services of instrument for users by preferential price.
1) If instrument failure caused by our side, we will send spare parts at our
cost to customer for replacement under our instruction, and we can have
engineers for customer site services with travelling expenses discussed separately.
2) Key components like video card, data card, motion controller, servo motors can
be replaced for free within 3 months if quality problem.
3) We provide free software upgrade for the user on legal use during warranty period.
3. If our engineer will be invited to customer side for training/service, our technical service will be free, except ticket and accommodation.
4. Our company has spare parts which can be provided for the users with cost.
