Product Description
H44H-25C swing check valve, also known as check valve or check valve, its role is to prevent the pipeline medium flow back. The opening and closing parts are opened or closed by the flow and force of the medium to prevent the back flow of the medium valve called check valve.
Check valve belongs to automatic valve class, mainly used for one-way flow of media on the pipeline, only allow media to flow in one direction, its main role is to prevent media back flow, prevent the pump and its driving motor machine reverse, as well as the discharge of the medium in the container. This type of valve in the pipeline should generally be installed horizontally.
H44H-40C Check valves can also be used to supply lines in which the pressure may rise to exceed the pressure of the primary system. Swing check valve by choosing different materials, swing check valve can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing media and urea etc.
Main features
1.The product is manufactured according to ANSI 16.34 and API16D.
2.All kinds of piping flange standards and flange sealing types can be adopted to meet all kinds of engineering needs and user requirements.
3.The valve disc is swing type, the flow channel is straight through type, horizontal pipeline, vertical pipeline can be
installed.
4.Rocker pin shaft with built-in structure, reduce the external leakage defects.
5.Valve body, valve cover is bolted, under high pressure (PN≥10MPa). Middle flange adopts internal pressure self-sealing
structure, which makes the product small in size, light in weight and reliable in sealing.
6.The sealing pair is advanced and reasonable, the sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of iron base alloy or
Stellite cobalt base carbide surfacing surface, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant.
