Applications
Silicone Emulsion is primarily used as a lubricant and release agent for applications involving plastics, rubber and polyurethane/polystyrene foams. It is also widely used for the following applications:
• release agent for manufacturing rubberized belts
• lubricant to prevent wear and increase abrasion resistance to latex rubber
• release agent in the printing industry
• lubricant for yarn and sewing threads to eliminate friction and tension,
• finish to improve water repellency and scuff resistance for leather, vinyl and foam upholstery
• provide shine in tire dressing formulations. Tire Shine and auto detailing fluid
Processing technology
Release / Lubricant: This Silicone Emulsion can be used directly or diluted, traditionally sprayed, dipped, wiped or brushed. It can be used as a release agent for rubber or plastic products (brake plate, screw head, plug, etc.), and can be used directly or diluted with low hardness water for 10~20 times. The product is highly efficient, stable and widely used, but users can use it before production. Small scale experiments were performed according to the concentration required for use.
Brightener: It is suitable for brighteners in automobiles, furniture, shoes, etc., including automotive brighteners, foam furniture cleaners, vinyl roof cleaners, bright formulas, and the best results can be achieved with the least amount.
Lubricant: It can be used as a lubricant for extruding rubber products such as conveyor belts. It can be used as a lubricant for textile processes.
Package
Product is usually packaged with 200kg/plastic drum.
Transportation & Storage
Stored in original sealed containers at 5 °C - 30 °C, will be valid for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
