Corn Peeling And Grinding Machine
The all-in-one corn peeling and grits (residue making) and grinding machine is the company's best-selling domestic product. This machine mainly has three functions: corn peeling, corn grits (residue making) and finished product grading. It can clean, peel and remove corn in one go. The processes of embryo removal, root removal, black navel removal, crushing, grit removal, grading, and polishing are finally divided into three finished products: medium grits, small grits (corn dregs) and corn flour. The size of the grits (slag) can be adjusted through the slag-making handle, and the distance between the two toothed discs of the slag-making machine, thereby controlling the size of the grits (slag) produced. The corn kernels peeled by the built-in high-efficiency air separation and dust removal fan will pass through the machine through the built-in fan duct to collect the micro-husks and impurities in the corn kernels.
