WP6 marine diesel engine develops from Deutz 226B-6C family with improved structure, increased strokes, and higher displacement,
which significantly enhance its reserve power.
Strictly in line with German standards, this series engine is equipped with round reentrant ω-shaped combustion chamber,
low-vortex cylinder lid, low flow-resistant intake system, and efficient supercharger, which improve combustion greatly.
Moreover, its flat fuel consumption curve ensures high economic performance under common working conditions.
