Product Description

Hot forging hydraulic press (630 tons 800 tons 1000T) die forging hydraulic press is mainly composed of fuselage, oil cylinder, mobile table, hydraulic transmission system, electric control system, lubrication system and so on. With independent power system and electrical system. The hydraulic system adopts the advanced two-way cartridge valve control technology, which effectively solves the hydraulic control problems such as large flow, fast speed and fast pressure relief of the hot forging hydraulic press.
The electrical control system adopts "PLC" programmable controller, which improves the reliability of the electrical control
system, realizes the accurate control of the speed, pressure and pressure classification of the forging hydraulic press, and
easily realizes the chain control of the forging hydraulic press and auxiliary equipment. The die forging hydraulic press can be equipped with a mobile worktable, which is convenient for users to replace the die.
