Yes, of course. You just need to send us your logo image or design, size requirement. Then, we will send you a sketch to confirm.
2. How can I purchase the sign from your website ?
Send us inquiries. Provide us your sign or logo if you have complete drawing (about the sign content,
color, size, installation soulation); If you haven't, we will recommand your favour style. we will quote for you in 30mins, after confirmed all the information, we will arrange design and production within 2 days.
3. The sign is ok for outdoor/ it is waterproof?
Yes, it is waterproof, we will send the IP 67 waterproof led and transformer to you.
4.How long is you guarantee for the signs?
For the led we can guarantee 3 years and the signs we can guarantee 5 years, during the guarantee period if the sign have any problem, Just show our sales colleague the photos, he/she will send the new one to you soon.
5.How many days for you production time and transport time?
As usual for the normal order we can finish in 5 days and the transport time by DHL/ FeDEX is 3-4 days.
