Features and Usage
1.This product is the Addition Liquid Silicone Rubber with two-component condensed.
2. It is of sound flowability, tensile strength, tear resistance, shrink rate.
3.It doesn't have the product thickness limitation and it can be deeply cured.
4.It is of high transparency and can endure heat to 300°C-500°C. It can be used to mold epoxy resin, polyester resin, polystyrene, paraffin, large cement components, and precision mould such as metal crafts, alloy, and food mould, etc.
1. Mixture: Mix up the rubber and the curing agent of 10:1 and mix the A and B component in the proportion of 1 : 1, it can be manually stirred or mixed by equipment.
2. Defoaming: The mixed rubber should be deaerated in vacuum before cast pouring.
3. Molding: Pour the rubber material after defoaming into the mould to fully cure for 2-3 hours at room temperature (28°C) ; it can be cured within ten minutes with heating at the temperature of 60°C -120°C.
