Continuous Liquid Coating Sintering Furnace for Teflon and Ceramic Coated Pans
It's a natural gas heated heating furnace that used for sintering/baking liquid teflon and ceramic coating to make nonstick cookwares such as frying pans, soup pots, bakewares and so on. It works after the coating spray booth and widely applied in cookware manufacturing plant,
can also be designed as electric.
Whole continuous sintering furnace includes zones as follows:
1. loading zone--2.preheating zone--3.sintering zone--4.buffer zone--5. cooling zone--6.unloading zone

This pan coating baking furnace enjoys superior thermal isolation performance and runs very stably. Products are conveyed by stainless steel mesh belt which is driven by motor from Japan, furnace is heated by natural gas burner from Italy, cooled by strong convection blower from Germany, has smoke collect and exhaust system on the top of furnace to keep environment clean.
