◎ Our factory ball valve connection is internal and external threads, flanges, or welding. Shell housing and the valve cover is
hot forging and tempering process. hot forging and tempering and the sealing surface adopts high-accuracy sealing surface special
cutting. The sealing test strictly complies with GB/T13927-2008 Industrial Valve Pressure Test, and pipe thread accuracy and
effective length strictly comply with ISO 228. The qualified rate of testing before leaving the factory is 100%. ◎ For
installation: corresponding torque wrench or pipe wrench is adopted to screw the hexagonal or octagonal part on the same side of
the thread into the effective length of the thread, and excessive screwing shall be prevented to avoid jacking the internal end
surface. The screw is sealed with PTFE raw material belt or thread-sealing glue. ◎ The handle is designed according to the
corresponding torque and shall not be replaced with an enlarged moment arm, so as to avoid valve damage and the gate valve of
refrigerating and HVAC system shall adopt the valve with the specification of 1.6M pa (or bigger nominal pressure). ◎ During
mounting of the flange ball valve, flange ball valve installation must ensure that both ends of the pipe flange face are parallel
and coaxial and that the spacing size is appropriate. the connection screw hole is corresponding, which should not deviate too
much, or the mounting quality and sealing performance of the valve will be influenced.
