GT101 is
high flexibility and oil resistant properties through use of a patented adhesion system. Ultra Black is sensor safe, low odor, and non-corrosive with resistance to oil, shop fluids, and vibration. This sensor-safe, low odor, non-corrosive formula meets performance specifications of OE silicone gaskets and can be used on high flexibility and high oil resistant applications such as timing covers, transmission pans and oil pans.

Application
How to use
1. For best results, clean and dry all surfaces with a residue-free solvent
2.Cut nozzle to desired bead – gaskets are best formed using a 1/16″ to 1/4″ bead.
3.Apply a continuous and even bead of silicone to one surface, surrounding all bolt holes.
Remove excess with knife at once. Assemble parts immediately. Do not squeeze out silicone by overtightening bolts.
4.Silicone dries in 1 hour, and fully cures in 24 hours, at 70°F – 50% relative humidity. Allow more time in cold weather.
