Capacitive Force Induction Type Target Flow Meter
UIB Capacitance Target Flow Meter is a new type capacitance induction flow meter based on traditional Target Flow Meter, researched and developed along with new type capacitance force sensor, progress of microelectronic technology, it not only has no moving parts feature of Orifice flow meter, Vortex flow meter, but also has high sensitivity, high accuracy like Volume flow meter, wide measurement range. Adopt the chip capacitance force sensor, high efficient anti-over loading structure design is the important part can realize high precision, high stability. In addition its anti-interference, impurity resistance, not only can replace flow measurement problem of routine flow, but also has good adaption when in difficult flow measurement working conditions like in high viscosity, smudgy medium, easy congeal and blocking, high temperature, low temperature, high corrosive, etc. It is widely used in oil industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, medicine industry, environmental protection industry, food, etc.
Wide pipe diameter range: Φ10~Φ2000 to bigger;
Wide temperature range:-200°C ~ 700°C;
Adapt to high /low pressure working conditions: 0~42MPa;
Can measure various medium: gas, liquid (include high viscosity liquid, slurry), steam;
Apply to low flow rate medium, measure the lowest rate is 0.08m/s.
