Overview

ZN85-40.5 type indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (Hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is appropriate to 40.5kv,50Hz three phase current system, applicable to break loading current ,over load current ,fault current in mining industrial enterprise, power station, transformer substation. Vacuum circuit breaker pole insulation has experienced air insulation- composite insulation - embedded insulation,It has formed three generations of vacuum circuit breaker. In the first generation -air insulation,live part exposed in air, Its insulation affected by dust,moisture, Insects and so on. In the second generation- composite insulation,The arcing chamber protected by epoxy resin sleeve. But the sleeve does not wrap the high-voltage electric parts wholly,It would be affected by dust,Moisture,Insects and so on.  The third generation of insulation is embedded pole,By the APG process, Using epoxy resin to seal the whole arc extinguish chamber and the upper and lower outlet.  To do this, Not only reduce the arcing chamber size and also completely unaffected by the external environment (dust, moisture, etc.) so that improve the weatherability,Epoxy resin at this time not only as a part of the main insulation,At also be a support for the mechanical,The electric field distribution and the stress distribution is superior to the various shapes of insulating clapboard structure. Vacuum circuit breaker and operating mechanism adopts upper and lower arrangement structure,Effectively reduce the depth of the vacuum circuit breaker.Spring operating mechanism is specifically designed for this new type of vacuum circuit breaker,Installed in the vacuum circuit breaker frame,The structure is more suitable for the upper and lower arrangement structure,And become the integral part of the overall structure of vacuum circuit breaker. The simple mechanism design,The output curve and its performance is more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker.  The overall layout is reasonable, beautiful,Simple,small volume,Flexible operation, Reliable performance,With electrical characteristics of long service life,Convenient maintenance,Free maintenance machanism.  The vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for frequent operation ,Various occasions and operating conditions which are harsh place.
